This promotion period is 02 May, 2016 to 30 June, 2016. Claims can be submitted during this period and up to 15 July, 2016. Claims can only be submitted for selected products purchased during the promotional period.
You are responsible for compliance with any rules, regulations, employment contractual limitations, and/or employer’s policies, if any, regarding participation in rewards programs and promotions. OKI Data Australia disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an individual Member and their employer related to this matter.
OKI Data Australia will not be liable for any Fringe Benefits Tax arising from payment of rewards to promotion participants.
OKI Data Australia reserves the right to refuse membership and/or disqualify any individual at any time in its sole discretion.
The Program is available only to residents of Australia.
OKI Data Australia reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate any or all elements of the Program at any time, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By ticking the box “I agree to the terms and conditions” on the Registration form, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of OKI Data Australia in relation to this program which are final.
Claims must be submitted electronically and must include an attachment showing the invoice documenting the transaction. Claims are based on standard wholesale or agreed contract pricing. Claims submitted for product purchased under special terms will only be accepted by prior agreement.
